ThriveAP CEO Jim Creason Named a 2026 Nashville Titan 100 Honoree
Recognition highlights Creason’s leadership in strengthening the healthcare workforce as 93.7% of Tennessee counties face primary care shortages.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – September 21, 2026 – ThriveAP, a national provider of workforce-development and educational programs for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), announced today that President and CEO Jim Creason has been named a 2026 Nashville Titan 100 honoree.
The Titan 100 recognizes 100 of Nashville’s leading CEOs and C-level executives for exceptional leadership, vision and impact. The 2026 honorees represent organizations across Nashville’s business community that collectively employ more than 117,000 people and generate more than $31 billion in annual revenue.

Creason’s recognition comes during a period of significant growth for ThriveAP and amid increasing demand for healthcare organizations to develop and retain the clinicians needed to serve their communities. That need is particularly relevant in Tennessee, where 93.7% of counties were designated Primary Care Health Professional Shortage Areas in 2024. ThriveAP helps healthcare organizations address this challenge by providing training and professional development that helps APPs build their skills, gain confidence and succeed throughout their careers.
Since Creason joined ThriveAP as President and CEO in August 2022, the company has grown from offering one program to help APPs get started in their careers to nearly 30 training and education programs supporting healthcare professionals across specialties.
Under Creason’s leadership, ThriveAP has expanded its capabilities and reach across several key areas:
· Increased healthcare organization relationships from approximately 20 to 120 nationwide
· Grown annual participant engagement from approximately 167 clinicians to more than 1,000
· Built a national network of more than 230 clinical educators
· Invested in an enhanced learning management system, specialty-specific curricula, enterprise-grade data infrastructure and AI governance practices to support continued growth
· Secured a General Services Administration contract, creating opportunities to extend ThriveAP’s workforce-development programs into the federal healthcare sector
The growth reflects Creason’s vision of making structured clinician development an essential part of healthcare workforce strategy, not simply an employee benefit. ThriveAP’s programs are designed to help healthcare organizations strengthen clinician readiness, specialty expertise, professional development and retention.

The 2026 Nashville Titan 100 honorees will be recognized at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration in November and featured in the Titan 100 book.
