“ThriveAP’s momentum over the past year is a testament to our proven ability to meet healthcare providers’ workforce development needs, and we see that reflected in our stellar client retention rate and consistent expansion of contractual commitments. We are expanding our reach by deepening our impact across the industry with individual APPs as well as healthcare executives and physicians,” said ThriveAP’s CEO Jim Creason. “As we continue to grow, we remain focused on innovation, strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional value to all we serve by strengthening a category of clinicians who are increasingly being relied upon to address the ongoing national shortage of healthcare workers: advanced practice providers.”
ThriveAP continues to expand its reach in healthcare education with key partnerships, including via a newly announced transition to practice collaboration with Beebe Healthcare, Delaware’s first healthcare system to implement ThriveAP’s structured APP education programs to enhance workforce development and patient care. This partnership will provide Beebe Healthcare’s newly certified and transitioning nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurse midwives with structured, evidence-based training and professional development to support their transition to practice.
"By investing in ThriveAP’s education, we’re ensuring our clinicians deliver the highest quality care," said Dr. Paul Sierzenski, Chief Physician Executive, Beebe Healthcare.
Additionally, ThriveAP is supporting Vizient, the nation’s largest provider-driven healthcare performance improvement company, in its commitment to sustainable provider excellence. Vizient serves over 65% of acute care providers in the U.S. and 35% of the non-acute market.
"We are committed to driving innovative workforce solutions that empower clinicians and enhance patient care," said Christen Hunt, Senior Vice President, Kaufman Hall, a Vizient company. "Our collaboration with ThriveAP strengthens healthcare organizations by equipping APPs with the education and support needed to thrive in today’s evolving care landscape."
To support its rapid expansion, ThriveAP has also bolstered its executive team announcing the promotion of Veronica Hill, DNP, NP-C to Chief Operating Officer and Jonas Fridrichsen as VP of Sales. Hill, a Vanderbilt and Auburn-educated clinician, will oversee educational content, curriculum delivery and assessment, faculty management, information technology and business services, while Fridrichsen, a seasoned sales leader, will drive market expansion and business development.
“ThriveAP stands out because it is an APP-founded company that creates measurable value for individual APPs as well as those around them,” said Will Fitzgibbon, a ThriveAP board member and investor. “They are succeeding because they understand the critical challenges facing APPs and effectively apply best-of-breed training and education solutions that benefit the health systems and other organizations who employ APPs, the physicians and other clinicians who work alongside them, and most importantly, the patients who increasingly rely on APPs for convenient access to safe and high-quality care.”
With plans to expand into additional sectors facing clinician shortages, ThriveAP remains at the forefront of healthcare workforce development, driving better patient outcomes and provider success.
