Live, virtual academic program to support and upskill NPs and PAs serving the unique needs of pediatric patients and family-based care.

I am looking for pediatric training education for:

Pediatric NP & PA Continuing Education & Training Development

The ThriveAP Pediatric Primary Care Program offers a structured, systems-based curriculum that includes didactic clinical rotations such as pediatric oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, and infectious disease, allowing participants to gain practical and applicable expertise in caring for children with common to complex medical conditions in both the primary care and urgent care settings.

Pediatrics Primary Care Program Goals

Whether the participant is a new NP or PA, a family nurse practitioner transitioning to pediatrics, or an expert provider moving to a new field, the 12-month program uses the latest evidence-based practice to mitigate learning gaps and upskill providers to gain confidence and competence in the pediatric space.

In addition to clinical didactic presentations, attendees participate in case discussions, journal clubs, and individual mentorship opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in pediatric healthcare delivery. The program also emphasizes interprofessional collaboration, leadership development, and evidence-based practice to prepare nurse practitioners and physician associates for providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.

ThriveAP has developed a pediatric curriculum consisting of 10 core blocks:

1.  Pulmonary
2.  Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
3.  Endocrinology
4.  Cardiology
5.  Developmental, Behavioral, and Mental Health
