We are honored to be a part of your transition to practice (TTP) journey! Now, let’s get you registered. Follow these steps to self-enroll in your program curriculum.

Steps to Self-Enroll & Purchase TTP Today

  1. Fill out the Registration Form below and click Submit.
  2. Complete the Payment Form details to pay the registration fee and click Submit.
  3. Progress to the next page to choose how to you prefer to pay the remaining balance — all at once or over 24 monthly payments.
  4. Progress to the next page to complete the Self-Evaluation Survey. Your program coordinator will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours of submission to give you all the details for onboarding and more.
  5. Attend your Onboarding Call. ​​
