Michele Parsons Erim, CPA currently serves as Vice President, Finance.  She has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and real estate sectors.

Prior to joining ThriveAP, Erim served as both the Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Censis Technologies, a healthcare technology company.  Prior to Censis, she held the title of CFO for 10+ years at Regents Health Resources, a healthcare strategic planning firm located in Nashville, TN.  She also served as the Director of Internal Audit at Wells Real Estate Funds a REIT headquartered in Atlanta, GA.  She started her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and still holds an active CPA license in the state of Georgia.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Accountancy from The University of Georgia.
