Lennie Chaisson
Assistant Director of Education
Lennie Chaisson, MSN, RN, CPNP-AC, is a pediatric nurse practitioner with a passion for APP education and training. She received a BSN from the University of Virginia and an MSN from the University of Pennsylvania.
Lennie began her career as a bedside nurse at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, subsequently joining Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC as an NP in pediatric gastroenterology. She practiced there for 14 years, with a clinical focus on inflammatory bowel disease, and served as the Team Lead for the APPs in the GI division. She has spent the past year working in transplant quality at Inova Health System where she was responsible for process improvement and regulatory compliance.
Lennie joined ThriveAP in 2024 as Assistant Director of Education to support the mission of empowering new to practice APPs to be successful and confident as they launch their careers. She lives with her family in Falls Church, VA.
